Booking Process:
Reservations are made through the website, by phone or other device.
To confirm the booking, the client must provide their contact details (full name, phone number, email).

Payment:
An advance payment of 50% of the tour cost is required to secure the booking.
The balance of the amount must be paid no later than 5_ days before the start of the tour.

Cancellations and Changes:
Cancellation of the reservation by the client 1 day or more prior to the tour will refund _100% of the prepayment.
Cancellation by the client less than 1 day prior to the start of the excursion- 50% prepayment is non-refundable

Company Responsibility:
The company reserves the right to change the route or time of the excursion in case of unforeseen circumstances (weather conditions, traffic situation, etc.).
In case of complete cancellation of the excursion by the company, the client will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.

Client's responsibility:
The client is obliged to follow the rules of behavior specified by the guide and is responsible for personal safety.
